This natural sweetener made with Dates, raisins and figs would be a great additive to your 6 month old baby foods. Just pit, clean and soak the dry fruits in hot water for 30 minutes. Make it a fine puree by adding enough water. This can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 weeks easily and upto 6 months in the freezer. This is a great replacement for sugar and other artificial sweeteners. This can be added to baby cereals, vegetable purees and soups just before serving them to baby.
