I had my baby shower 2 weeks after my son was born but I didn't do a baby registry

You can also find maternity clothes and new or gently used baby items/gear on consignment sites/app such as Poshmark, Mercari, Thredup, or letgo. I purchased a skip hop car seat winter cover for $12 (retails around $30) and an ergobaby infant insert for $12 (retails for $24).

Why on EARTH would you need to sell a drumset???

Hannah Schaffer says:

Not everything has to be baby proofed when you have a child. you don't have to get rid of everything. Nothing is inappropriate either but if it makes it easiest to get rid of then get rid of it. I personally will skip the safety outlet covers and they expensive table bumpers. When my child gets hurt on the table they will think oh, this hurts. Probably shouldn't do this again 😉

Hannah Schaffer says:

I care for a baby in size three diapers. We change her like 8-9 times a day. But I think sensitive skin plays a factor In this as well

Julie Boggs says:

I think when people ask for diapers on shower invitations is sooo tacky. But I loved your video, good tips!

Jessika Lynn says:

new subscriber! :) i absolutely love this video, so SO helpful. i am going to be a formula feeding mommy, and anticipating the costs is definitely nerve racking… i've signed up for every "mom club" and all of those things like you said. i've also looked into formulas and the difference in some, and essentially if you know the ingredients that you want for your baby, most of the "comparable" store brands are equal to the name brands because they have to pass the same regulations and have the same standards. i'm 25 weeks pregnant with my first, love your channel and would love if you checked out mine as well, xo

You said that child care spots are really hard to get so my question is will you keep Charlie going to day care while you are off on Matt Leave? Some good tips btw, but I don't need any of them! lol :)
