Hey guys! I’ve had lots of questions about my diet and what I do to stay in shape, so today I’m showing you how I’m keeping fit during my pregnancy. You’ll also see what I REALLY eat in a week, and the workouts I do to stay healthy. I used my phone to document exactly what I got up to in the span of a week. Loiuse, ask your doctor's thoughts on Chia seeds. It has more folate than asparagus, 100% more potassium than bananas, 200% more iron than spinach, 100% more fiber than bran flakes, 500% more calcium than milk, more antioxidants than blueberries, 700% more Omega 3's than salmon, 1400% more magnesium than broccoli, 500% more protein than kidney beans and 800% more phosphorus than whole milk. (Not bad for a plant-based food with natural source of Vitamin B for energy but I have read that one wouldn't want to consume on long-term basis so I would ask your doctor about this for last trimester. Calcium production is especially important if you plan to breast feed because this may be good for baby and bone skeletal growth.) Have them look at what you are already eating to make sure the vitamin content is not too much or not enough for you and baby if they choose to add this for your nutrition.
