Ironically, today is the official launch date of my new postnatal workout DVD Expecting MORE®: The 4th Trimester Workout. I’m so excited because the workout program is the first of it’s kind – an all inclusive postnatal training program. It offers 3 cardio workouts, 3 core classes, a strength and toning workout, and a stretch routine, as well as a calendar to help you pace yourself appropriately. It gives you everything you CAN and SHOULD be doing post-baby.

If you follow my program, and specifically the calendar, it will help keep you in a safe place. I created it because I have seen sooooo many women training post-baby in a way that is not safe, not sound, and will ultimately do more damage than good.
