Try this low impact cardio session with or without your baby in tow (it’s also perfect for nap time if your little one is asleep too)! Join certified instructor Jessica Smith for this ‘quiet’ cardio session that will help get you moving and grooving again post baby. NOTE: Not all exercises are suitable for everyone, so be sure to get your doctor’s clearance before trying this or any other workout, but especially before returning to exercise after giving birth.

I absolutely love this workout! I do this one and (a modified version) of many of your low impact workouts 3x a day while wearing my baby. I've missed working out with you, Jessica! The last time I did this work-out I wasn't pregnant yet– it was just part of your recommended monthly rotation. My baby is 5 weeks old today and I'm just feeling strong enough to start working out again. I did your pre-natal workout during my second trimester but switched to just walking and yoga in my 3rd trimester. Today was baby and I's first official work-out!
