For all the ladies who thinks its too late. No, it is not. Aging is a corporate business. Your body listens to you when you are calm and feel in control. It is never late to try these methods. These tips definitely work. These are baby steps mentioned here, as you go along the journey you will discover more tips. But! consistency is the key. If you cannot be consistent until you see your desired result, you rather not waste time trying. They worked for me. Set yourself goals, 3 months and 6 months.
