This is absolutely awesome. I love this so much. I pressure myself and my 3rd baby I just can't lose weight the way I did with 1 and 2… plus I'm older. You need to CARE for yourself first and yes it takes time to heal, definitely since I'm into my 30s. Thank you for posting this bc we do pressure ourselves to lose weight instead of being content and just treating our bodies right with sleep, moderate exercise and healthy foods. Image is not greater than relationships (with new baby). I'd love to know your update now that it is February

I'm glad I saw this one. I really have had a difficult time with the "snap back." I recently had my baby girl and I wanna get serious about weight loss. I hate the media's view on post pregnancy!!!! I just pray I can get back tight! I miss my belly.
