Hey joanah I watched this video and its an eye opener for me since then I am doing this exercise and really it worked for me and I would like to say that I just have 1 inch left I feel so but apart from this. Thank you thank you so much for this video and the information. I had no idea about this problem. I have been exercising for more than 24 months. I lost all of my pregnancy weight but my belly is not getting anywhere. I did feel a whole in the center of my abdominals, l can probably put 4 fingers in there, now l understand why. I've been doing crunches, planks, sit ups and l look just the same. Thanks to you, l finally understand what is going on with me. Thank you thank you thank you.
