At one point I thought it would be impossible for me to achieve a flat stomach, but if I can do it, you can and will too! Stick with it and be patient as I know it can take a while :)

The tips and workouts shown in this video are gender neutral, however biologically women tend to store more fat in their abdomen than men. Remember, you can’t SPOT REDUCE fat, so overall fat loss and almost more importantly a CLEAN diet will help you reach your flat stomach goals.

*Just want to clear something up since a few people have asked.. I have not had any surgeries or a tummy tuck. My weight loss journey is still a work in progress, but has been 100% natural. I don’t have anything against those who have surgery, but personally I have and will continue to be nothing but transparent with you guys in these videos (had I had one, I would’ve documented it, not hidden it).

Why not go on a High Carb Low Fat Vegan!^^ Its working for me and of course
adding exercise jogging mostly not high intensity though and trust me you
wont have to worry about binging or gaining weight any more plus your body

I eat strict paleo and walked during my last pregnancy. I also did some
weights but low intensity. It was my 4th pregnancy, 3rd c section. I’m 13
days postpartum and I’m at my pre pregnancy weight. Fat is good for you! As
long as it comes from a good source. Stay away from factory farmed, corn
fed, etc. Buy pastured/grass fed/organic meats. Eat veggies with every
meal. No need to go crazy with exercise, just walking a bit then focusing
on weight lifting.

Also I’m very good at not eating gluten because I’m allergic, I haven’t ate

I’ve been trying to lose 50 pounds and so far I’ve lost 16 pounds the
problem is that I lost that weight in a period of 3 months! I’ve been
exercising 6 times a week for an hour and just recently started doing the
hiit workout on the tredmill. I am eating healthy around 1500 calories and
I’m still not losing any weight I am 5’8 and weigh 170 pounds I started at
186 do you have any advice?
