Thanks for sharing, Dano! I had a baby 2 months ago and naturally lost most of the weight. I have 5 lbs left and it's not coming off so I think that's actual weight I gained from eating bad foods I craved while pregnant. Sounds like you didn't do much at all, most of the things I'm currently doing. You probably just have great genes!

I love that you made it sound so simple! Because I am fairly active (before and during my pregnancy) and i plan on getting back down to my normal size right after I have my baby also! Everyone makes it seem like its almost impossible. But you gave me hope. My plan pretty much consists of the same things you did (breast feeding, and going back to my normal exercise routine). THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH

Mohd Sarfaraz Ansari says:

When it comes to eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your daily nutritionary intake. While they may generate quick weight loss, these diet plans are never a long-term answer for your waistline. You should check out Fenoboci Diet Plan on the internet since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

Hi Dano… I am 3 months post partum. I am breastfeeding and doing some simple exercises/yoga at home. I want to know if I cut down on my food (carbs and all) will the milk supply for my baby still remain the same. Because I think we need to eat to feed the baby. At the same time, I want to reduce my weight from the belly and sides. What should be done? Also, I have almost 2 finger wide diastasis recti…should I first reduce the gap or my body weight ? Also, i want to add, I am not eating any junk…just milk, vegetables, fruits and breads! Right now, I am 132 pounds and my original weight was 115 pounds.
