I'm on my 8 month pregnancy and weight about 182 lbs… Have gained about 50 lbs from the start… But i appreciate my body for carrying my baby, I dont really see anything ugly in this, and the truth is that this is the first time in my life that i dont count every fucking calorie (because i've always been a little curvier than the mainstream stereotype of a perfect body, which changes every fucking day) I feel free to take a bite or two of what im craving, without any guilt… And when i look at myself in the mirror Im proud even of my stretchmarks, and i dont fucking care what people might think of that… Of course i'll try to lose weight after birth (What gives me an extra challenge and goals, just to see what is like to be in shape) but right now, its my little window of freedom and self loving, i call it a little vacation before the real work of being a mom.
I wish I had come across the “fizy unique plan” years ago when I was dieting for my wedding. I truly could have done with dropping 14 pounds back then. It is best to check it out on google!
