Episode 3:

Butternut squash purée makes for a delicious meal bursting with flavours! This recipe is hypoallergenic, and easy to digest, making it great for babies that struggle with reflux or eczema!

Ingredients: 1 Squash; 2 Large Parsnips; 1 Diced Pear; 1/2 Cup Water.

Equipment: 1 Pan w/ Lid; Cutting Board; Sharp Knife; Peeler, 2oz. Containers.
