You can even given them for your toddler and kids. This is a good mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian protein sources. These recipes used Lentils, Beans, Soy Chunks, Chicken. Some lunch ideas with Kidney beans, Soy chunks and chicken give more than 50% of daily value of protein inn 100 grams of food. We’ve provided lot of tips, cooking demo. We’ve also listed Ingredients both in the video and below for your convenience. These Healthy Lunch Ideas for Babies and Toddlers are great as school lunches too. 8 out of 9 recipes are made with vegetarian sources of protein. These lunch ideas are easy and quick to make.

3. Paneer(Cottage Cheese) with Dalia (Wheat)
Paneer – 1/4 Cup
Wheat – 2 Tbsp
Split Mung Beans – 1Tbsp
Spinach – 1/4 Cup
Water – 1 Cup
Garlic clove – 1
Water – 1 Cup
Jira, Turmeric & Pepper Powders – 1/4 Tsp

4. Mung Bean Sprouts Rice
Rice – 2 Tbsp
Sprouts – 1/4 Cup
Tomato – 1 Tbsp
Curry Leaf – 1

Water – 1.5 Cup

5. Chicken Rice
Chicken – 1/4 Cup

6. Foxtail Millet/Mung Bean Rice

Foxtail Millet – 1/4 Cup(soaked overnight)
Mung Dal – 2 Tbsp
Green Peas – 1 Tbsp
Curry Leaf – 1

Water – 1.5 Cup
Jira, Turmeric & Pepper Powders- 1/4 Tsp
Ghee – 2 Tsp

7. Soya Chunks Rice
Soya Chunks – 1/4 Cup
Rice – 2 Tbsp
Tomato – 1/4 Cup
Coriander – 1Tsp
Garlic clove – 1
Jira, Turmeric & Pepper Powders – 1/4 Tsp
Ghee – 2 Tsp

8. Oats Mung Bean Rice
Rolled/Steal Cut Oats – 2 Tbsp
Mung Dal (Split) – 2 Tbsp
Curry Leaf – 1

9. ChickPea Rice
