My cooworker laughed when I told them I was planning to lose fat with just implementing Fenoboci Diet Plan, but after I showed these people awesome effects after I used it they're begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won't tell them the detail about this diet plan, haha

Clarrisa Zeigler says:

I thoroughly enjoyed this workout. I felt the burn without the weights. I have to get my own weights. I feel awesome after this workout.

Thank you for this video. I've been wanting to strengthen my abs a bit. I couldn't do what I saw in other videos without my body shaking or wobbling violently.

Abid Malik says:

Really liked your video….my daughter is 3 months old…..i have to lose 12 kg's weight…..plz tell me how much time i need to get rid of this fat…especially my belly….

sathivel chandran says:

When considering eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your everyday nutritionary intake. While they may generate fast weight loss, these kinds of diet plans will never be a long-term answer for your weight problem. You should check out Fenoboci Diet Plan on google search engine since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

as soon as I'm able to stand I'm doing squats I've been itching to get to the gym after I have my son the only reason I can't now it's because I keep passing out because of my anemia hahha but as soon as I can walk I'm squatting and walking I can't wait

Frappa Canu says:

Knowing that you had a Caesarian as well makes me feel more comfortable doing this! I'm super terrified of my incision opening up, which is stupid because its completely healed :p
I'm just super paranoid because giving birth was my first ever surgery and my first time in hospital!
Thank you so much for making this!

Hello I have a question my baby is 7 months now and I know I started pretty late but it was hard balancing the working mom thing I could barely get sleep let alone workout. I did this one completely it was tough but I want to stick with it because I'm not happy with mypost baby body and I'm redy to get my body back. How long do you recommend doing this? What video do we move onto after we have completed this. Thanks for this video it was a big help on my off day I did it while my son was in his jumper. How many time per week do you recommend doing it?

Lucinda says:

I really love this video… my baby is 6 months and I've been searching for a good exercise channel but every one I found made me feel bad about myself because they were so much more advanced and this you are the first I have found that seems like a REAL person just getting back into their exercise plus with having a csection I feel like I can relate alot more to. thank you so much!
