Your fact's are so wrong!!! Unpasteurised milk is the best choice any woman can make. And nut's are very nutritious and don't cause allergies or skin rashes and don't cause swelling of body part's. I don't know where you get your mixed up fact's from but it is very misleading especially towards pregnant women. My tip for women that don't understand what I mean learn true fact's on "NaturalNews.com" has so much life changing information :) will not hurt to have a look. Is way more helpful than this video..
