Hi Amy, my baby is 6 months and I've been doing your postnatal workouts for almost 2 months now. I try to do them 3 times a week at least. When do you think I can start doing abs workout that are a bit more challenging?

is this safe for people with DVT? I got it when 35weeks pregnant and so I had an emergency c-cection and am now 4 out of 6 months into my treatment (Xarelto and compression stocking). I so desperately want/need to start working out !

Dear Amy, I have done your prenatal series while I was pregnant. I also had a c-section and I'm now 13 weeks postpartum. I'm trying really hard to motivate myself to get a workout in every other day and did this today and felt some tightness/pulling right under the incision line. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the incision itself as it's completely healed. Do you feel the same thing? Would you recommend some type of massage along that area or just push through the workout and it should take care of itself? Or is it going to remain that way? Thanks for an awesome workout!
