shrimp is a nono forbidden food in Portugal for pregnant women … they are part of the forbidden foods alongside seafood, shells etc because those animals basically eat the 'trash' of the ocean and developp potential harmfull bacteria to babies… I don't know how it is on your side and maybe you have a green light from your doctor, I just am really surprised about it
