I love this workout and do it 3 times a week. My daughter is now almost 6 months. I would like to know the words of the song you sing when you do the tree pose. Could you please type them? Or send me a link? I can’t hear them well when you sing, sorry.

Is this safe after c section 11 weeks ago? If not, what would be a good substitute in your postnatal month plan?

Really loving these ! I’ve got your freebies about healing DR and using it along with the yogas and this. So much content. I had a finger gap after my 4 th baby. She’s 10 months and the gaps now about 2.5. In this video where you do heel slides with the leg up. Is this safe for me with a 2.5 gap or do I need wait a bit longer to raise my leg?
