Fresh Curds — 1 cup (200 gms)
Water — 3 cups (600 ml)
Fresh Ginger root — ½ inch
Gooseberry — 1
Mint Leaves — Handful
Coriander Leaves — Handful
Curry leaves — Handful
Lemon — 1 Small
Fresh Raw Mango — 1 Small (Optional)
Salt — To Taste
Asafoetida Powder — 3 pinches

1. Scrape ginger. Remove seeds from Gooseberry. Cut Mango, remove skin, and cut into small pieces.
2. Grind all these along with Coriander, Curry Leaves, Mint Leaves and with little water.
3. Add Salt, Asafoetida powder, curd and water as required and grind again to mix well.
4. Strain through a mesh strainer. Squeeze little lemon and serve in tall glasses.

Optional — Little mustard with oil tempering.

(This drink is good for indigestion, for immunity, especially for pregnant women in first trimester. A very healthy drink for all, this contains lots of vitamins and minerals)
