Apple — 1
Carrot — 100 Grams
Lemon Juice — Few Drops
Honey — 2 Teaspoons
Palm Sugar — 1 Tablespoons
Roasted Cumin (Jeera) Powder — 2 Pinches
Salt — 1 Pinch

1. Remove skin, seeds of the Apple and cube it. Add lemon juice to prevent discolouration.
2. Scrap carrot, grate it into a large eyed grater.
3. Add little salt, palm sugar (Optional), honey and blend them together in a mixie with enough water to cover.
4. Strain through strainer.
5. Dilute with more water if needed and serve topped with little roasted Cumin Powder.
(Optional: Ginger or mint leaves can also be added for flavours)
