It is in no way a reality that the delivery and recovery are much easier if
you stay fit during pregnancy. Id love to see statistical proof of this.
Myself and my sisters where all very active and healthy in our pregnancies,
right up until the last few weeks and we all had different complications
with delivers and recovery. There are so many factors, the least of which
is staying fit during pregnancy.

But I will say I loved what she said about transverse and pelvic floor
exercise, proper conditioning of the core and thinking more of body
composition rather than what it says on the scales and definitely agree
with what she said about how diet plays like 70% part. She is spot on!!
