Here is Stephanie doing her postpartum training. She just had a baby a few months ago. This is a great way to get back into shape fast and safe after having a baby! Here we incorporate fitness training doing light calisthenics, also using resistance bands and light weights so we can do high reps to get your body toned. For a new mom on the go with not a lot of time, this 1 hour workout maximizes your time with cardio, strength training, boxing and kickboxing, so your not only burning tons of calories but your also learning real self defense that works! After a good workout you have more energy to take care of you and your new bundle of joy! If you take a close look you can see the beautiful little girl in the stroller in the shade playing while mommy works out!
