Heel Slides – A Safe and effective exercises for new mums.

A lot of new mums ask me what abdominal exercises are safe to do after having babies. Heel slides are a great starting point as they are a gentle way to start re-engaging your core. See the below video for a demonstration on how to do them correctly and please don’t start doing these till your doctor or obstetrician has given you the OK to start doing exercises :-)
