Most of the time, the pain between the shoulders is associated with a loss
in cervical curve – meaning the neck is straighter than it should be or the
head is forward from its normal position. Your chiropractor can help
restore the normal positioning to your spinal bones and also work with you
on some stretches that can help the ligaments which hold the spinal bones
in place. A great stretch to do at work is to let your head gently relax
back and hold for 30 seconds.

Do you also have suggested exercises for in between the shoulder blades and
the neck? I realized these hurt with computer work, and now with breast
feeding. Any core exercises I can do while breast feeding would also be

I forgot to tell that with my other pregnancies I had no problem to recover
my shape, except for the C-section, the recovery was difficult that time…
And now even worse…
