exercises about 3 to 5 times a week. At the beginning they we super hard
but now i can easily catch up with you and already seeing the difference on

This is my first workout after giving birth to two babies. I was really
reluctant to start because of my constant back pain. Needless to say this

I WENT TO A HOT YOGA CLASS AND THE INSTRUCTOR WAS RUDE AND RIDICULLING TO
ME. I ENDED UP TELLING THE SKINNY LITTLE TWERP TO FUCK OFF AND JUST BECAUSE
IM 60 AND KINDA OUT OF SHAPE WITH ARTHRITIS DIDNT MEAN I WAS ALWAYS LIKE
THIS. I TOLD HIM I PROB WORKED HARDER IN ONE WEEK THAN HE WOULD IN A LIFE
