This was wonderful. I’m a mom of 3 kids ages 5 and under. I consider
myself active but don’t regularly exercise. I love my treadmill but with
Christmas coming we had to make a little extra room and moved it out to the
garage. The thought of going into the holidays without a way to exercises
scared me ( I LOVE food) so I thought I would try an online work out. I
loved the motivation and that you included a modified exercise through out
the whole routine. I was able to attempt all high level activities but
couldn’t maintain it through out – so I have a goal. I think I sweat more
and worked my heart way more during this 30 min than I ever did on my
treadmill and I feel like I worked more muscle groups too. I can’t wait to
try the other routines and vary them. Looking forward to feeling better
and hopefully getting even more energy.

hey gyes. I’m turning 13 in one month. I did the whole workout without
stopping and plus I did my workout which I’m doing for 2 weeks. I have a
“sporty body”,like,I’m not very thin and “little” so doing workouts is not
hard for me. I would like to loose 5 kilos in 1 month. ((but no diet)) I
need advices, can I loose 5 kilos (or 4) if I do this workout every day,if
I wont’ eat so much sweets and if I wont eat after 7 o’clock?? :)) please
answer me :)

Good for dad too. The only exercise that I got into trouble is mountain
climbers. The rest are pretty easy. Not really an intense workout compare
to fitness blender’s workouts anyway thanks for the video. I am sweating
now. I like your stretching. Pretty cool. Thanks!!!

This was actually insanely helpful for me. I’m 21, though I’m not a mother,
and I have multiple medical conditions that limit me doing too much – aka,
losing any amount of weight that I want to lose, even with dieting. I was
able to do the normal version of this workout on the normal setting without
feeling dizzy or having to sit down. The encouragement from the woman was
perfect, too, and the perfect push I needed. I loved this <3

I was going to hold off on exercising until I move out (next year) because
I’m not able to change my diet to a large extent and go after all the
healthy choices- y’know, living with siblings/mum who aren’t exactly trying
to be vegan or healthy eaters.. and although we don’t eat takeout,
microwave foods, and fast food, it still isn’t vegetables and fruit every
day and it’s still processed, but I’ve decided that it can’t hurt to work
out anyway. I’m getting that just-developing pudge.. you know, the one that
doesn’t go away as soon as you sleep it off or walk for a bit like when you
were a tad younger.. the one that you can visibly see starting to give you
those stomach rolls, and you know where it goes from there- so I’m trying
to nip it now. Anyhow, I’ve been doing this workout for about two weeks now
and it works up a sweat and all, so I hope I’m losing weight. x (long

I just tried it for the first time today. Wow, every inch of me is covered
in sweat. I can’t believe i got through the whole thing. I have pretty
severe back pain and i was able to do this. This is the first workout i can
complete without more back pain. The stretching really helped my pain. If
you are overweight with back pain, i recommend this workout.

This workout looks pretty good…. Hello all, I’m 19yrs old and I am
currently studying in university at the moment (1st year) and I have been
meaning to start working out. I know CafeMom says to do this everyday but
my timetable varies which means I only have so much free time in the week.
I want to be able to do enough exercise during the week to burn fat and
keep me in shape. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays are my best
days to do this workout or any other exercises. Would that be enough do you
think? … Please, any advice or suggestions or other good workouts I could
try would be very much appreciated! Thank you for your time :) xx

I don’t like that there is not good music it is less motivating and also I
don’t like the recovery(except the marching) I think we could still burn
lost of cals doing the same thing but harder and also I would be funner in
blocks also the lady did not bring me allot of motivation

Yeyyyy,, Just finished this workout just now 😀 I thought that’s easy and
then i found that’s not easier one.However, i love it :3 TBH, i skipped
little parts from jumping jacks & burpees 😛 Now, feeling like so good,
