You wanted to know how you can feel on your belly that you’re pregnant. And actually this a pretty hard thing to do. There are better ways to find out if you’re pregnant or not. For example, if you ever miss a period, the best thing to do is to take a home pregnancy test, because that’s the first sign of pregnancy. And if it’s positive, congratulations! If it’s negative and your period still hasn’t started, then in another week, take another test, because sometimes false negatives are seen if a woman takes a pregnancy test a little bit too soon. Other signs of pregnancy start to show up in the weeks following the missed period. For example, studies have shown that by 8 weeks, 90% of women are feeling nausea with or without vomiting to some degree or another. Some are just a little queasy and others are puking their guts out. Other symptoms of pregnancy include breast tenderness, food aversions, food cravings, feeling like you have to pee all the time, sometimes headaches can be normal in early pregnancy – so if you’re experiencing these things, and you haven’t ever taken a test, and you did miss a period, make sure you do it to rule out pregnancy.
As for when you can actually see that a woman is pregnant, this varies so much from woman to woman. It largely depends on your pre-pregnancy weight. For example, women who are underweight may show way sooner than a woman who is overweight. Some people feel like their pants are just a little bit tighter, they don’t fit right around 8-10 weeks, and others don’t really notice a difference until they’re like 15-20 weeks along. In the later weeks of pregnancy, it’s really fun because your partner can actually start to see and feel your baby’s movement from the outside. You may feel movement, and look down at your belly, and be able to see your belly waving. And you can put your partner’s hand on your belly, and they may be able to feel the kicks, and it’s really fun for them, and it’s fun for you.
